Recruiting

Ben has been working in the volleyball space for over a decade. A former college recruiter with stops in the B1G Ten Conference, Big 12, and American Athletic conference as well as contributing to local volleyball clubs here in Iowa. Ben returned to Iowa in the beginning of 2023 to be closer to family while bringing experience and counseling to families in the area to help them find their best fit beyond high school. Being a part of multiple top 5 Nationally ranked recruiting classes, Ben brings back the insight as a former recruiter as well as relationships across the country to connect families to their dream schools. Ben founded Premier Prep Recruiting as an organization to help clubs like Iowa Impact guide their families to their best opportunities to have the best college experience possible. Ben and his wife Chelsey live in Marion IA with their 2 goldendoodle dogs, Molly and Ellie.
